The beginning of the fairy jar madness in my studio...

Ahh, what lovely days we've been having here in Eastern Iowa. Jeans weather. Beautiful, crisp, clear, sunny days. I love it!
Both my boys are back to school, which is giving me some breathing room. I love that too! LOL
Here are my two boys waiting for Colten's bus.

Colten's first day of his last year of Preschool at the best preschool EVER! We love his school and his teacher!

And here is my growing up SO fast bigger boy, Wyatt on his first day of 4th grade!

Meanwhile, I will need to start backtracking time in my posts so I can show everyone all the pics I *NEED* to show ya!
My friend started a fairy jar swap a month or two ago. I swapped with two girls, and then made one for another friend who was having a birthday.

I got this sweet little jar from Tina Wright, the host of the swap.

She had 2 of her jars shown in Somerset, so she really knows what she is doing.

Thanks so much for the little Monarch girl. I love her :)

It really daunted me to make one for her! LOL
But then I buckled down, and got to work. This is what I sent to Tina...

I made her a little yellow fairy with swallowtail wings.

I wanted to show you the back. I printed 2 sets of wings for all my fairies because I want them to be
pretty and glittery on the backside as well.

Here is maybe a shot just a tinch closer...

I also sent along a little bag of chocolates from my local candy store. Yumm!

Then I   really   got on a fairy jar kick. I made the one for Tina first, and the one for Kim I will show you tomorrow. (I have to make you keep checking back! hee hee) I also made one of each of these for myself, because I couldn't stand to let them completely go. I was gonna have a jar fairy collection, dagnabbit. They are just SO intriguing!
